This 15 day Colourful Rajasthan Tour is a perfect way to experience the diversity and richness of India’s largest state. Rajasthan, which means the land of kings, is home to majestic forts, palaces, lakes, deserts, wildlife, and culture. This tour takes you to some of the most popular destinations in Rajasthan, as well as Delhi and Agra, where you can witness the architectural wonders of the Mughal era. 

You will get to see the pink hues of Jaipur, the blue houses of Jodhpur, the golden dunes of Jaisalmer, the lake city of Udaipur, and the painted havelis of Mandawa. You will also get to visit the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world, and the Ranthambore National Park, where you can spot tigers and other animals. This tour is a great opportunity to explore the history, culture, art, and cuisine of Rajasthan and India.

15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi – See some of Delhi – Overnight in Delhi 

  • First Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour Arrive/Pickup in Delhi.
  • Explore Gurudwara Bangla Sahib or Akshardham Temple if time permits. 
  • Check-in at your hotel. You can relax and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
  • Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing – Overnight in Delhi 

  • On the Second Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour of Delhi, the capital city of India.
  • After breakfast Meet your driver and guide at your hotel.
  • Visit Jama Masjid (The largest mosque in India).
  • Take a rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest and busiest markets in Delhi.
  • Stop for photos at The Red Fort.
  • See the India Gate, a war memorial that honours the soldiers who died in World War I 
  • Also, Stop for photos at the Parliament House, and the President’s Palace. 
  • Then visit Humayun’s Tomb the first garden tomb on the Indian subcontinent. 
  • Then visit the Qutub Minar Complex (One of the oldest monuments of Delhi)
  • After your Colourful Rajasthan Tour, come back to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Delhi. 

Day 3:  Drive to Agra – Agra Sightseeing  – Overnight in Agra. 

  • On the third day of the 15 Day of Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, you will drive to Agra, the city of love and home to the Taj Mahal. 
  • On arrival in Agra, you will visit the Agra Fort, a massive red sandstone fort. 
  • You will see the Diwan-e-Aam, where Akbar held his public audiences, and the Diwan-e-Khas, where he met with his ministers and guests. 
  • In the evening you will visit Mehtab Bagh, a sunset view of the Taj Mahal.  
  • After your tour, Return to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Agra.

Day 4: Agra Sightseeing – Drive to Ranthambore – Overnight in Ranthambore. 

  • On the fourth Day of the 15 Day of Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • Wake up early and visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, during the most magical time.
  • After the Taj Mahal back to the hotel for breakfast, and check out.
  • Drive to Ranthambore (about 6 hours).  
  • Arrive in Ranthambore and check in to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Ranthambore.

Day 5: Morning & Afternoon Game Drives – Overnight in Ranthambore.

  • On the fifth day of the 15 Day of Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • Wake up early and enjoy a jeep safari in the national park and try to spot tigers, leopards, deer, monkeys, crocodiles and various birds.
  • After a morning game drive back to the hotel for breakfast, Relax and afternoon have lunch. 
  • In the late afternoon goes back again to Jungle for a safari in the Ranthambore National Park and spots various wildlife species, such as leopards, deer, crocodiles, monkeys, and birds. After the safari, you will be driven back to your hotel. Evening for relaxing.
  • Overnight stay in Ranthambore. 

Day 6: Ranthambore- en route Chittorgarh – Udaipur 

  • On the Sixth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, check out of the hotel. 
  • You will be driven to the lake cities of Udaipur. 
  • En route, visit the Chittorgarh Fort, one of the largest and most impressive forts in India. 
  • See the Vijay Stambh, or the Victory Tower, a nine-storeyed monument built by Maharana Kumbha in the 15th century. 
  • Arrive in Udaipur and check in to your hotel. 

Day 7: Udaipur Sightseeing Tour – Overnight in Udaipur

  • On the Seventh Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour..
  • After breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour of Udaipur with a visit to City Palace, a complex of palaces, museums, and gardens that overlooks Lake Pichola. 
  • Next, you will visit Jagdish Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. 
  • Jagdish Temple is also one of the oldest temples in Udaipur.
  • Then, you will visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, a garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh II for his queen and her maids. 
  • Sahelio Ki Bari has fountains, pools, pavilions, and marble elephants that create a relaxing and romantic ambience.
  • Stop for lunch ( Optional).
  • After lunch. Enjoy a Boat Ride on Lake Pichola.
  • After your tour, Return to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 8: Udaipur – enroute Ranakapur Jain Temple – Jodhpur 

  • On the eighth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Jodhpur, the blue city and the second largest city in Rajasthan.
  • En route, visit the Ranakpur Temples, a group of exquisite Jain temples dating back to the 15th century.
  • After Ranakpur Temple, you will be driven to Jodhpur. 
  • On arriving in Jodhpur check in to your hotel for an overnight stay. 

Day 9:  Jodhpur – Jaisalmer 

  • On the ninth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and proceed to the Mehrangarh Fort, a massive fortress perched on a hill overlooking Jodhpur. 
  • See the palaces, courtyards, galleries, and museums inside the fort. 
  • Also visit the Jaswant Thada, a white marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.
  • After your Colourful Rajasthan Tour transfer to Jaisalmer, the golden city of Rajasthan.
  • Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 10: Jaisalmer Sightseeing – Sand Dunes – Overnight in Camp

  • On the tenth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Jaisalmer.
  • Visit the Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest living forts in the world. 
  • The fort is built of yellow sandstone and has several palaces, temples, havelis, and shops within its walls.
  • Also visit the Patwon Ki Haveli, a cluster of five ornate mansions that belong to a wealthy merchant family. 
  • The Havelis are decorated with intricate carvings, paintings, and mirror work.
  • Late afternoon, drive to Khuri village located in the Thar Desert. 
  • Check into your camp in the middle of sand dunes and enjoy a camel ride to watch the sunset over the desert.
  • In the evening, enjoy a bonfire and a cultural evening full of traditional Rajasthani dance and music.
  • Overnight stay at Khuri camps.

Day 11: Jaisalmer – Bikaner 

  • On the eleventh Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, check out from your hotel.
  • You will be driven to Bikaner,  a city famous for its forts, palaces, and camel breeding farms. 
  • On arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the day.
  • Overnight stay at Bikaner Hotel.

Day 12: Bikaner – Mandawa.

  • On the twelfth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • Today after breakfast, meet your tour guide and proceed to visit the Junagarh Fort, a 16th-century fort with impressive gates, courtyards, and museums. 
  • See the Lalgarh Palace, a red sandstone palace built by Maharaja Ganga Singh in the 20th century. Also visit the Karni Mata Temple, also known as the Rat Temple, where thousands of rats are revered and fed by the devotees.
  • After your tour, you will be driven to Mandawa a town in the Shekhawati region known for its painted havelis and frescoes.
  • On arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the day.
  • Overnight stay at Bikaner Hotel.

Day 13: Mandawa – Jaipur. 

  • On the thirteenth Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • Today after breakfast, Checkout and meet your tour guide and proceed to. 
  • Visit some of the havelis like Hanuman Prasad Goenka Haveli, Jhunjhunwala Haveli, Murmuria Haveli, and Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli, which depict scenes from mythology, history, and daily life. 
  • After your tour, After your tour, you will be driven to Jaipur. 
  • On arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the day.
  • Overnight stay at Bikaner Hotel.

Day 14: Jaipur Sightseeing – Overnight in Jaipur

  • On the fourteen Day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour.
  • After breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour of Jaipur, one of the most vibrant and colorful cities in India. 
  • You will first visit the Amber Fort, a majestic hilltop fort that was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century. 
  • You can enjoy an elephant ride or a jeep ride up to the fort and admire its splendid architecture and decorations. 
  • You will then drive past the Jal Mahal, a beautiful palace that floats on a lake. 
  • In the afternoon, you will visit the City Palace, a complex of palaces, museums and gardens that was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur. 
  • You will see the Mubarak Mahal, where the royal guests were received, and the Chandra Mahal, where the royal family still lives.
  • You will also visit the Hawa Mahal, a stunning pink sandstone palace that was built for the royal ladies to watch the street processions through its 953 windows. 
  • You will then visit the Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory that was built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 18th century. 
  • After your tour, Return to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 15: Jaipur – Drive back to Delhi – Departure – Tour Ends. 

  • On the fifteenth day of 15 Day Colourful Rajasthan Tour 
  • After breakfast, check out from your hotel. 
  • Drive back to Delhi (about 5 hours) 
  • Transfer to the airport or your hotel for your onward journey.
  • Your 15 day Colourful Rajasthan Tour Ends with wonderful memories.
