We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your booking with us. We respect your decision and we want to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you.

That’s why we have a flexible and transparent cancellation policy that allows you to cancel or modify your booking without any penalty or charge, as long as you do it within the specified time frame.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the departure date, you will get a full refund of the amount paid by you.
• If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the departure date, you will get a 50% refund of the amount paid by you.
• If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the departure date, you will not get any refund of the amount paid by you.
• If you modify your booking more than 30 days before the departure date, you can change the dates, destinations, or activities of your tour without any extra charge, subject to availability and feasibility.
• If you modify your booking between 15 and 30 days before the departure date, you can change the dates, destinations, or activities of your tour with a 20% extra charge, subject to availability and feasibility.
• If you modify your booking less than 15 days before the departure date, you can change the dates, destinations, or activities of your tour with a 30% extra charge, subject to availability and feasibility.
• Train/Flight Tickets – No refund.
• Any Wildlife Safaris – No refund.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us by phone, email, or chat. We will process your request and issue your refund or confirmation as soon as possible.

We hope that you will not have to cancel or modify your booking with us, but if you do, we assure you that we will handle it with utmost care and professionalism. We value the trust and satisfaction of our guests above all else.

Jurisdiction

The Courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The jurisdiction that accepts travel contracts for all legal proceedings is New Delhi, India. If you wish to sue the company for any reason then you can only do so in the jurisdiction of the booking & cancellation policy of Wonderful Holidays.

The mentioned “Terms and Conditions” are by no means drafted to create a one-sided contract between Wonderful Holidays and You. Any contract that Wonderful Holidays will get into with you is with the single-minded objective to provide tours and services of the highest quality and best possible experience in itinerary discussed with you.
